Licence to use the service
We grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use IG Saver for personal or otherwise lawful purposes in accordance with these terms.
Your responsibility
- Submit only public links and content you own, are authorised to save, or may lawfully use.
- Respect copyright, privacy, publicity, contractual, and platform rights.
- Do not use IG Saver to bypass access controls, download private content, harass people, or facilitate unlawful activity.
- Do not overload, scrape, reverse engineer, automate abusive traffic, distribute malware, or interfere with the service.
Third-party services
Instagram, Meta, content delivery networks, and linked sites are independent third parties. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. IG Saver is not endorsed by or affiliated with Instagram or Meta.
Intellectual property
IG Saver's software, branding, and original site content are protected by applicable law. Rights in downloaded media remain with their respective owners. The service does not transfer ownership or grant reuse rights in third-party media.
Availability and changes
The service may be changed, suspended, rate-limited, or discontinued. Public media can become unavailable, and results may be incomplete or differ from the source. We do not promise uninterrupted operation.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service. Mandatory consumer protections and liability that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Governing law and contact
