- Save your own media or media you have permission or a lawful right to use.
- Use supported public Instagram links through the normal interface.
- Make reasonable personal, educational, journalistic, archival, or business use where applicable law permits it.
Prohibited use
- Infringing copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights.
- Attempting to access private, restricted, deleted, age-gated, or otherwise protected content.
- Downloading intimate, exploitative, abusive, deceptive, or unlawful content, including child sexual abuse material.
- Harassment, stalking, doxxing, impersonation, surveillance, or non-consensual distribution.
- Automated scraping, excessive requests, resale of the service, bypassing rate limits, malware, probing, or interference.
