How to submit a request
Email contact@igsaver.in with the subject "Privacy rights request". State your country or region, the right you want to exercise, and enough information to locate the relevant records. Do not send unnecessary identity documents.
Available rights
- Access or know what covered personal data is processed and receive information or a copy where applicable.
- Correct, complete, or update inaccurate data.
- Request erasure or deletion, subject to legal exceptions.
- Withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.
- Request information about recipients or categories of recipients where the law provides it.
- Use DPDP grievance redressal and nomination rights as and when applicable.
Verification and response
We use proportionate verification to protect against fraudulent requests. An authorised agent may be asked for proof of authority. Response timing follows applicable law; complex or repeated requests may take longer where the law allows.
Grievance escalation
Contact IG Saver at contact@igsaver.in. Under the DPDP framework, use the service's grievance process before escalating to the Data Protection Board when that remedy becomes applicable. Where another law gives you a complaint right, you may contact the competent privacy authority.
