- A clear explanation of the complaint and the action requested.
- A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorised, plus a statement that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act.
- Your physical or electronic signature where applicable.
Complaint review
We will review sufficiently detailed complaints and may ask for clarification. We do not adjudicate ownership disputes, guarantee a particular outcome, or promise that every complaint will result in technical action. Incomplete, misleading, or abusive notices may be declined.
